Development of Technical Specifications for the Greek Public Sector's e-Procurement System

The scope of the project was to develop technical specifications for the design and construction of an e-procurement system. The results of the project were used in the design of the new system to be implemented by the General Secretariat of Commerce (GSG). It included the analysis and modelling of the processes, organisational structure and systems of the current situation. It also included measurement of evaluation indicators, proposals for changes based on best practices, preparation of specifications of the new e-procurement system.
