Implementation of a Smart Gas Distribution Network

Research Project "Smart Gas Grid (SG 2)" in collaboration with Greece’s Public Gas Distribution Company (DEDA).

The project concerns the design of the future gas distribution and maintenance of facilities using Internet of Things technologies and Factory 4.0 (Industry 4.0).

 

The project emphasizes the formation of an operating environment where traditional business processes work harmoniously with new automated or semi-automated processes that utilize cutting edge technologies in a safe environment in the context of an integrated Enterprise Architecture.
