Business Process Reengineering and ERP Implementation Support for Greece's Natural Gas Supplier (DEPA)

This is a series of projects implemented in the Public Gas Corporation SA that had as a central axis the Management of Business Processes, covering different needs each time such as: the recording and documentation of the company's procedures in the context of regulation formulation, the modeling of all business processes with the  ARIS   Architecture , the adaptation of business processes for compliance with  ISO standards, the design of corporate affairs management procedures with a risk analysis approach for the Corporate Governance of the  Company, the  redesign of the costing tree, the design of detailed costing procedures, the formulation of the method of calculating natural gas costs, the  formulation of specifications for the implementation of the SAP ERP information system and the evaluation of alternative implementation offers. The ARIS architecture and the ARIS Business Architect tool were utilized. Finally, the  Procurement, Assignment & Execution Regulations were formulated.
