Design of a New Distribution System  
for a Petroleum Products Company (EKO)

The project concerned the design of an information system for decision support for the planning and execution of deliveries, through the adoption of the functionality of advanced planning & scheduling and supply chain planning systems in integration with the company's ERP system.   It included modelling and analysis of the different perspectives of distribution business processes and related processes within the supply chain.

 

ARIS methods were used utilizing ARIS Toolset to record the current situation and a custom method of modeling business processes to formulate a reference model using the Sybase Power Designer modeling tool.
