Project Management for the Implementation of SAP ARIBA Procurement System and other IT Projects at the HELLENiQ ENERGY Holdings Group of Companies

The objective of the project is to support the Project Management Office (PMO) for the implementation of the SAP ARIBA procurement system in companies of the HELLENiQEnergy group. It includes the implementation of Supplier Lifecycle Performance (SLP), Risk Management, Sourcing, and Contract Management, as well as Master Data Governance (MDG) in integration with the SAP S/4 HANA system. It also concerns the support of the Project Management Office for other IT projects in HELLENiQ ENERGY group companies. Funded by: Hellenic Petroleum Digital.
