
Vasileios P. Stavrou holds a Diploma in Mechanical Engineering and is currently a Ph.D. Candidate at the National Technical University of Athens, School of Mechanical Engineering. His main research interests include Electronic Government, Customer-centric Electronic Services, Statistical Analysis, Multi-Criteria Decision Making, Business Process Redesign and Industry 4.0. He currently supports the teaching process of "Decision Support Systems" postgraduate course at NTUA’s School of Mechanical Engineering, by lecturing on topics relevant to his research activity. He also supports the teaching process of "Marketing", "Production Organization and Business Administration II" and "E-Commerce" undergraduate courses at NTUA’s School of Mechanical Engineering, by lecturing on topics relevant to his research activity. He has participated on projects in the areas of Business Process Reengineering and Modeling, Statistical Analysis, Establishment of Technical and Functional Specifications, Manufacturing Costing, Smart Grids and Industry 4.0, implemented mainly within the framework of public organizations. He is co-author in more than 20 publications in scientific journals, conferences and book chapters. His research publications focus on Electronic Government, Multi-Criteria Decision Analysis and Industry 4.0.
