Strategic Reorganization of Warehouses and Study of Spatial Operation of Urban Transport Organizations

These are projects implemented by the Urban Transport Organizations ETHEL SA and ILPAP SA. The objective was, on the one hand, to determine the integrated utilization of the companies' warehouses, formulating a strategic plan for the better utilization of the total storage volume, the faster execution of maintenance and repair orders, the reduction of the operating costs of the warehouses and the better protection of the items through proper storage. At the same time, from the Spatial Planning Study, the aim was to improve the operation of the warehouses for the faster execution of maintenance and repair orders as well as handling orders, the reduction of operating costs and the protection of materials.
